Digital Boost programme update

We would like to extend our warmest appreciation to all Alliance members for their contribution towards supporting greater digital adoption by New Zealands small and medium-sized businesses. 

With your help, we have engaged over 43,000 business owners, business starters and employees in our Digital Boost Skills Training and Support initiative. This has prompted a 21 percent increase in small business web presence, a 20 percent increase in eCommerce uptake, and a 16 percent increase in Cloud-based payroll usage, amongst many other outstanding improvements. Remember that your own business customers can also engage with the training for free! The Digital Boost Skills Training and Support platform is available to any small business owner (or their employees) who want to boost or accelerate their digital transformation. The training platform offers over 500 video tutorials and Q&A sessions, daily live workshops with experts and live helpdesk support 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday. The Digital Boost skills training solution has been designed as a full wrap-around response to build small business owner knowledge and skills, and develop their confidence and trust in adopting digital business tools for future resilience and growth. We need your continued support to help us spread the word and get more Kiwi businesses on board. Please tell the small businesses in your networks about Digital Boost, and encourage them to sign up to the Digital Boost platform. 

Digital Boost Navigator update An additional component of the Digital Boost programme is ‘Digital Boost Navigator’ which is on target to be operational towards the end of March 2022. The Digital Boost Navigator initiative is designed to support small business owners with developing a personalised Digital Action Plan that will help them with where to focus their time and effort on digitalising their business for the best return. It will enable them to have more informed discussions with tech and tool providers, digital advisors and lenders as appropriate. 

Digital Boost Alliance offers As a member of the Digital Boost Alliance, The Mind Lab is always excited to feature Alliance partner offers or competitions on the Digital Boost Skills Training and Support Platform, or in their weekly emails that go out to over 43,000 subscribers.
