Digital Boost Alliance commitment

Spark believes that digital technology can make a significant, positive impact on our nation's social and economic wellbeing. Technology can enable stronger, safer, more connected communities. It can open more opportunities for our children and improve health outcomes for New Zealanders. And it can enable Kiwi companies to compete - and win - on the world stage and become smarter, more agile businesses by harnessing all the benefits of new technologies. Spark is committed to offering the following support as part of the Digital Boost Alliance initiative:

Spark Lab:Spark has a dedicated website called Spark Lab specifically designed to help small and medium Kiwi businesses go digital. With almost 100 articles, videos, and events, Spark Lab answers the common questions Kiwi businesses might have about setting up and using digital tools in their business, with advice from local and global thought leaders on digital transformations and trends. They also have a network of 24 regional Spark Business Hubs that are set up to support business customers with digital tools and services.

Webinar series:Spark is currently providing an interactive webinar series on the Internet of Things, allowing customers to hear from the people who are working in the IoT space and to learn how it is shaping new business models in New Zealand sectors. Advice and assistance to Digital Boost participants - Spark also contributes ICT experts from within their business to provide advice and assistance to participants who have signed up to the Digital Boost Educate platform and has volunteered to use their distribution channels to raise awareness of this programme within Kiwi businesses.
